Is it hype or the real deal?

The central location allows easy walks to major sights like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Staff, particularly Mr Selem, are attentive, cute environment.

Noise from the tram outside disrupts sleep. Unfortunately, the room quality needs attention, with outdated decor and occasional complaints of inadequate housekeeping.

Fantastic very central location really close to tram station, marmaray and sightseeing palces. Cafe Blu Kitchen located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Their staff were not particularly friendly.

I stayed in soundproof, decent sized room with good amenities, big shower cabin, large wc. There was good choice of great meals.

Well, the views were very strange here.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Blue Mosque and other major attractions. The staff provided solid service, with helpful employees ensuring smooth communication. The rooms were somewhat small, and breakfast options were limited, lacking variety.

Very centrally located hotel. A little loud but not disturbing. Price indication is good. The staff is very friendly, especially Sueleyman.

it was all very good, especially helpful were Ismail and Irfan. The breakfast was very simple but very good. Unfortunately we had no internet but it was good to get away from the daily routine.

Wonderful and friendly Staff. Convenient in location but do not expect it is a palace. The room was clean and basic, and the roof resturant is amazing and you can see a bit of the "real" palace from there.
